Questions students always ask.
Do I need to have my PMP already to take this class?
No. This class prepares you to sit for the PMP exam. You'll need to meet PMI's eligibility requirements (see below) and submit your application before testing.
What are the 35 contact hours and do I get them?
PMI requires 35 hours of formal project management education before you can sit for the PMP exam. Our class delivers exactly 35 contact hours and you receive a certificate of completion that satisfies that requirement.
What's the eligibility for taking the PMP exam?
Either: (a) a 4-year degree + 36 months of leading projects in the last 8 years + 35 contact hours of project management education, or (b) a high school diploma / associate's degree + 60 months of leading projects in the last 8 years + 35 contact hours. You'll meet the 35-hour requirement by completing this class.
How does the PMI application audit risk work?
PMI randomly audits a small percentage of applications. Most candidates are not audited. We help you build a strong application — accurate role descriptions, the right verbiage, valid contact info for verifiers — to minimize audit risk and maximize approval speed.
What's included in the tuition?
Live online instruction (35 contact hours), course materials and slides, our online practice-exam portal with 1,000+ questions, application help, and the pass guarantee. The PMI exam fee is paid separately to PMI when you submit your application.
Is the exam voucher included?

What's the difference between the PMP and the CSM/PSM?
The PMP is broader: it covers predictive (waterfall), agile, and hybrid project management and is recognized in 200+ countries across nearly every industry. CSM/PSM are agile-only certifications focused on Scrum. Most senior project leaders carry both — but PMP is the credential employers ask for first when hiring project managers.
Will I be ready for the new July 2026 exam if I miss the deadline?
Yes. Our post-July 9 cohorts use the updated curriculum that covers the new content (AI, sustainability, value delivery, expanded Business Environment, scenario-based items). The cohorts that finish before July 9 are tuned for the current exam blueprint.
What's the class size?
Capped at 15 students per cohort so you can ask questions, participate in breakouts and get instructor attention. Most cohorts run with 10–14 active students.
Are recordings available if I miss a class?
Yes. Every session is recorded. If you miss a session you'll get the recording within 24 hours. Note: the pass guarantee requires that you attend the class in full — recordings are for review and make-up purposes, not a substitute for attendance under the guarantee.
Do I get PDU credits after passing?
Yes — once PMP-certified, the 35 contact hours from this class also count as 35 PDUs for your initial certification cycle. After that, ongoing PDUs come from continuing education.

Post-July-9 cohorts are taught against the 2026 exam content outline (AI, value delivery, sustainability, expanded Business Environment, new scenario format). Both curricula are delivered by our PMI Premier ATP partner (PMTraining) and aligned to PMI's official content outline.
Can I get my employer to pay for this?
Most employers reimburse PMP training as professional development. We provide invoices, W-9s, and corporate purchase order support on request. Many of our students have their tuition reimbursed in full — email us if your employer needs a custom invoice format.
What if I fail the in-class practice exams?
We'll work with you 1-on-1. Your instructor schedules a review session, we identify the weak content domains, and you get extra practice questions before sitting for the official PMP. The pass guarantee still applies.
